Which plan is right for a single researcher?
Free is enough to get a real, published portfolio online. Most individual researchers move to Pro once they want their own domain and automatic Google Scholar syncing instead of updating publications by hand.
Which plan is right for a department?
Institution — it covers unlimited professor sites under one account, with team logins so each professor (or the department office) can manage their own page without a separate subscription per person.
Can I change plans later?
