Which plan is right for a single researcher?

Free gets you a real, published profile at scholarsite.org/p/yourname, at no cost. Most individual researchers move to Pro once they want their own subdomain (yourname.scholarsite.org) and automatic Google Scholar syncing instead of updating publications by hand.

Which plan is right for a department?

Institution — it covers unlimited professor sites under one account, with team logins so each professor (or the department office) can manage their own page without a separate subscription per person.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your subscription on digi-soft.app — the change takes effect the next time you sign in to ScholarSite. See the full FAQ for details.
